Nice quality flour
Really nice quality flour . I used it to make an Italian specialities " farinata" . It is a dish with high percentage of protein, really tasty and healthy . It is the second time I bought it as I can 't find in any supermarket. Will recommend it .

Pleasantly surprised to have this arrived in a plastic bag within the usual cardboard box (specially since the driver on this occasion happened to leave it in the rain!) so any flour explosion is contained, and it should be safe from moisture. Good flour from a trusted brand.

Indians please do not buy
Its not gram flour made out of chana dal but its is made out of yellow peas (peela matar) it has bitter taste and has no smell like besan . It becomes guii and thick slurry unlike besan batter. It has so many ingredients mixed in it and is stickyto even non stick pan. Awful
