Seems to be a good source of vitamin D3 as I do feel better when I take them especially when I can't get outside. It's at least as good as others I've tried but I don't know the effectivness of the K2 until my next Dr visit. These are small caps very easy to swallow, which I prefer and is a good value for the money.

Vitamin S is essential for all of us. Even though we get some sun you want to be sure about getting enough. There is also the bonus of getting vitamin K. Which I know has nutrients for our eyes. Very reasonably priced and a small gel pill.

It is good and seems to working as stated. I have had no problems.

Mother in law is into Dr Berg and Bobby from Flav City. They recommend this and she kept telling me to get this for my husbands snoring. Target and whole foods wanted $23-30+ for the same thing or lower dose ! Found this on Amazon and the price was amazing. I’m not sure if it helps for his snoring because last night he kept me up until 5 am and since it’s spring break I slept until noon when our toddler woke up. She insisted he needs K2 for bones and teeth I think she said since he smokes a pack a day. Anyhoo he said they’re easy to swallow and don’t give him acid reflux or nausea . Will see what other vitamins this company makes and buy from them again. I am really into Lemme (we all are ) but Kourtney doesn’t make a lemme not snore 😴 😂

Takes k2 for the vitamin d to absorb in the body. Unfortunately when you have cervical damage your going to loose the b vitamins and stay calcium deficit . They have worked out for the money so I love these.
