Robust, comfy, best sandle I've ever had.
Finally had to retire these after 3 years of heavy use. From heavy construction, through everyday use, through hiking up mountains and camping and kayaking, or whatever other rigors I put them through these sandles are a true workhorse. First pair of Keens I bought, because I got tired of every other pair of sandle I tried falling apart after a single summer of use at best, and decided to spend the little extra money on these, and boy was that a good decision. I didn't replace these with this exact style, but still went with Keens, and so far I'm just as happy with them; I'm totally sold on Keens sandles for good comfy, sturdy, all around summer footware. I recommend to my dad, he loves them too; I recommended to my girlfriend, she loves them too. I don't think you can go wrong.

Wear them All Day!
This is an excellent sandal. The sole is durable, the protected toe is fantastic for wet or rocky conditions, the footbed is so comfortable you can wear them all day long, the straps allow sufficient adjustability, the open plan allows plenty of airflow, and the leather upper is stylish enough to wear most places. The only cons are that the sole is slightly slippery on smooth wet surfaces, so not perfect for people with brittle bones, and the footbed doesn't breath as much as my sweaty feet would like (they get a bit warm under tropical conditions). The leather upper can take a while to dry when they get wet, but there is webbing between it and the top of your foot so it isn't icky.I got these to use as my only shoes when traveling for casual business meetings; I can wear them for a meeting (in jean pants) during the morning and also to hike in the afternoon. Slip on a thick sock and they are fine in the rain or when the temperatures drop. I've used them for about a year now and love them.

Perfect and Comfortable Fit
I have newports that frankly have never felt comfortable. So I took a chance on these venice sandals. These leather venice sandals fit perfect and are very comfortable. A huge improvement over newports. Easy to slip on, comfortable, and I have received many nice comments on their looks. I wish they can in fabric in addition to leather. The fabric ones seem difficult to fine on the internet. (PS - I am a 7.5 and ordered a 7.5......perfect fit)

Great fit for this guy with hard-to-fit feet
So some commenters indicated they disliked the fit. But as the title indicated, my feet are hard-to-fit. I have a size 12 with a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. These sandals gave me lots of room in the toebox (but not too much), and the heel was snug enough it did not slip. These are my two biggest shoe problems. Also, the footbed support is really good. I find that while these are considerably warmer than a fully open sandal because of the enclosed toebox, but this helps a lot when I am doing things where I am likely to stub a toe. Plenty cooler than a tennis shoe.So far, the quality seems to be good, although this is my first pair of Keen and I have no reference point other than comparing them to the Teva sandals I like so much. I especially like the easy-to-clean footbed, as other sandals have a sort of suede type footbed which gets dirty easily and is difficult to clean. For what it's worth, the single-pull closures I usually dislike, but it works just fine on this sandal.

Great pair of sandals
I've had both the Newport and Venice. Both are nice products but this sandal is a bit wider and fits me a little better. Like all enclosed toe sandals these are a little hotter to wear than traditional open toe sandals but the trade off in toe protection is worth it. Quality is good and I've put a lot of miles on these.

Wow!
These seem to be off the radar and an obscure item. I’ve never seen these in stores or other websites . Anyway I’ve tried most of the well known keen brands and none have worked for me. The H2 and Newport versions were ok , a little narrow and too hot. These are more open and perfect. They provide arch support and are extremely comfortable!

Good product.
I had to throw out another pair of sandals that were not KEEN and I chose these to match black clothes that I wear. The sandals are comfortable and easy to put on. They get a little sweaty on hot days, but I'm basically happy with them. KEEN makes the best shoe products I've found. They are the most durable.

Love Keens
I has looking to replace a older pair of Newport sandals. I wanted a pair of the leather Newport’s but the just were a bit narrow compared with the past leather ones I had worn. I wear a 12 ordered one (it was too narrow and short), replaced it with a size13 and still didn’t have the fir I wanted.Tried the Venice sandal. The 12 still didn’t fit right (wide enough but short). Returned again and got the size 13. May be a tad big but it is comfortable and I’m keeping them.Kudos to Amazon for all the easy returning and reordering.
