Even fun for 5 year olds
Such a fun and pretty easy game. Great for even a five year old. Easy enough to play. Fun for 5 and up.

Perfect for all ages, being able to read is not required!
This game is precious! There are a lot of pieces but it's packaged and made well and the pieces make sense. The rules are easy enough to follow that with a little help the first few rounds my youngest played and had fun. For simplicity we kept the scoring to just counting pinecones since my kids are younger. My kids really enjoyed it and told me that they liked the pictures and thought they were relaxing. Better than some other board games I've attempted to play with my kids. Being able to read is not a requirement to play.

Great game!
This is a really fun low stress game. There’s a little strategy involved, but you can still participate on a super basic level

Fun game for the whole fam
A great game for family fun time. Not too complicated but honestly has some nice strategy involved. Kids are learning some pattern recognition and strategic decision making

Good for kids, a bit too dumbed down for me
It’s “good” but Cascadia is just much better. I honestly think my 7 and 5 year old can almost handle adult Cascadia and if you think your kids are borderline I’d skip this and just go for the real deal with the more basic animal mechanics.

Great game!
We have not played the original version of Cascadia yet so I won't compare the two. This is a lovely game for younger kids, I'd say ages 4-8, that being said, as an adult I really enjoy playing it with them, it isn’t tedious or boring like some other kid's games. The components are good quality and really cute. It teaches kids strategy and gives them a little connection with nature. It has great replay value.
