The power you need is the same as in the lower (reading) section of your trifocals. Should be on your prescription for the trifocals. If not, just ask your ophthalmologist. Note that these reading glasses will not compensate for any blurriness due to your cataracts - only cataract removal and lens implants can do that. Most people who have had the cataract surgery lose their near vision and, hence, these reading glasses will be needed.

no, each set of reading glasses are all different sizes. one does not fit in another. if you pop out the lenses, they will always pop out when you don't want them to. the lenses are sealed in the frames for a reason. reading glasses are cheap. just buy another pair if they aren't right.

Hello! I don't know that there is a solution because it would mean replacing the arms, you may as well purchase another pair for what the cost would probably be. If they are still within the return timetable, I would suggest returning and purchasing a new pair. You could try dipping the arms in very hot water to soften a little and then gently straightening them. Just a suggestion. GB

My pair of multi color is just as pictured. It is a mix of all those colors you mentioned. The colors do not vary. I love my pair. The variety of color is not only unique but they are the most comfortable pair of reading glasses I have ever purchased especially when you read laying down.
