These protein bars taste great.

It tastes ok but has an slight bitterness, I much prefer the other flavors.

This snack bar has many ingredients like peanuts, almonds, palm oil, whey protein, cranberries and nonfat milk. I am keeping these snack bars in my office bag and it helps me gain energy instantly whenever I am hungry. This pack consists of 5 bars and each bar is wrapped individually. Each bar gives us the 10g of protein. I like the taste of this bar, it is juicy at the end. Texture is good with all the ingredients. This bar is in pocket size with all the protein filling. It is value for money to buy this pack of 5 together. Tasty snack.

Wanted to try these Nature Valley Protein Smoothie Tropical Blend Snack Bars even though tropical flavors aren’t usually a thing we buy — the idea of a “protein smoothie” was intriguing. The bar itself is nicely both crunchy from the peanuts and chewy from the dried mango and cranberries, rice starch, etc., and the bottom half is dipped in a creamy yogurt that is tasty. However, what threw us off was the unexpected floral scent that was at odds with the actual flavor / mouth feel. These are on the sweet side of the flavor profile, but they have 10g of protein and are super convenient for grab-n-go purposes. Tropical fruit fans might like it more, but the scent is something to note. Not our favorite but glad we tried it.

These are decent protein bars. They taste all right, nothing too fantastic but not bad at all. I wouldn't say it has that much of a tropical fruit flavor. You can taste a little bit of the protein but it's not too bad.

These are delicious and nutritious-ish.. They taste really good. The yogurt flavor is pleasant. It's a good way to get protein in a quick, small, yummy package. It works well as a hunger saver between meals. Definitely good quality and plenty fresh.

Strange taste and only 4 to a box. The first box arrived crushed because of Amazon's packing, but the second was fine. Just not a great taste

Biting into this, you get hit with some pineapple, coconut, even some mango flavors. It definitely does taste tropical and feels like a snack for a warm day on the beach. I'm a huge fan of the pineapple which stands out the most in this throughout the whole eating experience. It has a yogurt coating base on the bottom. As someone who drinks a lot of smoothies, I can see myself eating this along side a smoothie or on its own in place of one! The taste is very fruity, while also having a somewhat sour feel?? Might be artificial with the aftertaste.Taste & texture:➤ The taste has a strong pineapple, coconut base flavor, with some mango and maybe even apple. The aftertaste isn't great, eating it is fine but after it has a kind of powdery fruity taste which is the biggest let down for this.➤ It feels like your normal protein nut bar texture, chewy while having a good crunch.Ingredients & protein:➤ 10g protein per bar, on par with most you'll come across. 10g fat as well, 5g sugars, about average again.➤ The ingredients are quite nice! Roasted peanuts and almonds, mango & cranberries, canola and sunflower oil. Yogurt base on the bottom.Hits:➤ The first few bites have a good fruity flavor. Will hold you off as a lunch. It's unique, I don't see a lot of protein bars with flavors like this which switches it up from your normal peanut butter or chocolate.Misses:➤ The aftertaste is powdery / artificial. It has a 1:1 protein / fat ratio is fine for a snack bar but would like it to be less.As someone who mostly eats these for lunch at work, I like it and it provides a good switch up in flavor. More work could be put into the taste especially aftertaste but I do like the pineapple and having a brighter smoothie nut bar.
