I would not go aboard without them. The one morning on hoilday that I forget to put them back on and I got bitten. Make sure you change them daily, allow to dry after showering or swimming, and put back in the pouch to 'refuse' Only good for a couple of weeks, I need a new batch every holiday.

These work well but they are so strong in smell you may be put off wearing them yourself! I also didn't recommend using if you have sensitive skin as they use essential oils which may irritate where you are wearing this.

Really sorry but these bands do not stop you getting mosquito bites. Have worn them consistently for 3 nights and between 2 of us have at least 8 bites
