Purchased for use on my maple evaporator. Will see how it works in the long term. Do like the positional locking handle so that it is not bumped out of location.

Great items to have as spares in the brewery for when an unexpected need comes up. Use the interchangibly during brew days. Have never failed.

Never had any issues in the past, but bought 4 of these and 3 of 4 are leaking. Of course i put them on a couple days after the return policy expired. I would not suggest buying these for brewery use anymore.
