Take this with Myo Inositol for PCOS symptoms.

So CoQ10 in general is great to take for your heart health! But I also read somewhere that there are new findings that the combination of CoQ10 and Myo Inositol can help to eliminate PCOS symptoms and might dissolve ovarian cysts! I started taking the Myo Inositol before the CoQ10 came in the mail. It was working, I started to feel myself again. But once I combined it with the CoQ10 it works wonders! Idk about dissolving cysts because I haven’t had a sonogram to show proof but I have had 2 rupture since taking this.
