This is my second Lumos knitting light. I purchased my first from a local yarn shop during COVID so they do last a long time. I was so spoiled with the first one; I loved the weight of it, the way it fit comfortably on my neck, the 3 light options & the way it coiled up easily for storage or transport. Recharging the bulbs was easy. It's perfect for knitting in front of the TV or sitting in bed to read. The light can be focused perfectly on your project and doesn't bother husband who falls asleep hours before I ever do. The battery died in Light #1 which necessitated me purchasing this one. It does cost twice as much as many other brands so prior to investing in #2, I did order and try several others. They just didn't compare to the Lumos especially in their weight (too bulky). I could only tolerate them around my neck for a short while, which defeats the entire purpose...and back they all went. I am a BIG FAN of this little light and am delighted to have another in my life.

Although this works for my wife she does have trouble at times to work the button. The buttons are membrane type and if you press too hard on it like many people do (it does not come on so push harder on the button) it does not work. I had to teach my wife to press lightly to operate.

Perfect light for crafters. Especially effective when working with dark yarns. Light brightness can be adjusted, very flexible so I can position the lights as needed, and the buttons just need a light touch to make changes. Very satisfied with this purchase.
