Ventline BVD0278-00 110 Volt Fan Motor , Black

An excellent replacement for a ceiling vent fan. Very easy to install and is not too noisy.

This motor replaced the original vent hood motor without any mounting issues. It did not come with the nuts necessary to secure it to the frame. It is a 2 speeds motor and the switch allows for only a single speed. In the low speed runs quietly but air flow is very low. In the higher speed much more noise but the air flow is good.

I fixed a Mobile Home bathroom fan using this. Much cheaper than buying the entire unit.

The fan functions flawlessly, however I purchased it believing that it was a single speed motor. I recieved a 2 speed motor. No big deal just wire up the speed i want to use. Other than the bit of misleading description it's a good fan motor. Update: recieved product Dec. 30th. Motor burned out January 7th after 3 uses. I will not blame the part as I could very well have wired incorrectly even though it was done how directions said to do.

Arrived promptly. Exact fit. Installed easily. Great product. Was 2 speed unit but can be run on either speed by following easy to understand instructions.

Replaced burned out old motor. Was an easy repair.

This is not a single speed motor nor is it a Ventline motor. It is the exact same motor that I ordered from e-trailer and it burnt out after 2 months of use. I hope this one lasts longer , expensive motor for 2 months of use. Well today is Thanksgiving November 24th 2022 I received the new motor October 18th it is burned out again this motor is a piece of s*** don't waste your money it's not even what they pretend that it is. Amazon quality control has gone to hell!
