Trustworthy brand , good dosage, nice to have vegetarian and sugar free so I can eat them after brushing the teeth. The taste is a little strange, but it's not bad.

The item arrived promptly and seems to work pretty well. I think it works better if you take it consistently. The first night, I woke up wide awake in the middle of the night. I was tempted not to take it again, but I didn't want to waste the whole bottle. It seems to be in my system now after a couple of weeks and I have only awakened in the middle of the night one other time. The taste is very, very sweet even though the bottle says no sugar.

These are a really good dosage. Taste great. And, I get them on Amazon for half the price in the stores.

These are great. I take one at night and if in the middle of the night I am awake and can't fall back asleep I take another one. It does not make me feel groggy inn the morning.

While I typically trust Nordic Naturals for quality, these melatonin gummies ended up being completely useless for my routine. The 1.5 mg dosage is a good moderate level, and the zero-sugar aspect is a great idea on paper, but the actual experience of taking them is so unpleasant that I can't bring myself to use them. Instead of a normal gummy, these have a very strange, firm, and waxy consistency that doesn't dissolve well. Combined with a medicinal raspberry flavor that has a lingering artificial aftertaste, it felt like a chore rather than a simple part of my night. Even though the ingredients are high-grade, a supplement is only effective if you can actually stomach taking it daily, and for me, these were a total waste.
