I don't think this is OEM but with the extra padding and cool detachable magnetic clips it works even better!I love my f40 but my insurance doesn't seem like it covers the head gear. This fits perfectly as a replacement!Thanks for selling this!!!

Headgear works pretty well. Use the magnets from your original Resmed headgear. The ones that come with these are shaped slightly different than the original and detach too easily.

This is a great replacement headgear strap for the Remed Airfit F40 full face mask (hybrid style). It includes velcro pads for the sides of your face. The kit contains 2 headgear straps and a total of 4 magnets. It only includes 2 velcro felt pads, so you'll need to transfer those to the headgear straps when you switch to your second set. The velcro felt pads are nice and thick and help keep the plastic part that protrudes from the frame from digging into your face while also preventing any cosmetics or sweat from getting on it. Overall, these are high quality and offer great material and workmanship. The fabric that these are made from is slightly different than the one made by resmed. That said, I think I like these ones better as they have a nicer finish that seems like it would be smoother against the skin and hold up better. Dimensions are about 1/4 inch smaller than the resmed one, but since everything adjusts with velcro this shouldn't be an issue. Overall, 5 stars!
