I have severe gout. I started taking this to try to help control it. I have been taking it for a year and a half. It's very easy to use. I just take one every morning while drinking my coffee. I haven't noticed any side effects from it at all. The only effect I've noticed is that there have been no more gout attacks. It's definitely worth every penny.

Had a lot of knee pain, before starting Zazzee tart cherry extract. I have less pain and better movement, and less pain. Works for me.

This supplement is difficult to find in places like Walmart, so I just get it from Amazon instead.
