KP Elements Exfoliating & Soothing Skin Cream Keratosis Pilaris, 4 fl oz.

I bought the body wash and lotion together as suggested and used both for the recommended duration of at least 30-45 days. I'm not writing to discredit the product by any means because I believe that it may work for skin types different than my own. As a Black woman, my skin craves hydration moreso than others and this product left my skin uncomfortably dry within minutes of application. Again, I believe that for those who's skin absorbs water better than my own, the product may be successful but one contributing factor to outbteaks for me is dry skin. I'm no specialist but with KP, exfoliation increases its appearance and severity and if you combine that with extremely dry skin, it spreads more rapidly. My outbreak this winter has been the worst I've ever had and I'm certain it was because of the excessive (albeit gentle) exfoliation followed by improper moisturizing. If you typically do not use body lotion or do not need a stronger moisturizer, I would suggest giving it a try. The other reviewers rave about this product so you may find it extremely helpful. However, unless there's a product for various skin types, I most likely would not purchase again.

It's definitely working gradually on my arms. Just wish it can be cheaper as a long term daily use product. My results may be even better if I apply twice daily as instructed. But I only have time to apply once after shower most of days. My arms are getting much smoother, even though some of the bumps are still visible.

I must say, this product is amazing! In just one week of using thislotion, I'm seeing great result! Because it is working so great, I've decided to get the scrub as well. Very please with this!

I started using this product about 3-4 weeks ago along with the body scrub and I've had great results already. I also use bath exfoliating gloves and scrub the areas affected more aggressively. my skin is smooth and very few bumps from the KP are left. I see a lot of the scarring from old bumps going away too. Not a fan of the smell but it's tolerable. Highly recommend it.

The kp on my arms is horrible! I have been through countless dermatologists and creams/lotions/exfoliaters/scrubs/etc. Normally the only thing that seems to make a bit of difference is tanning. For fear of skin cancer I have quit tanning over the past year and decided to look into other methods. This is my first experience with kp elements and so far so good. I've been using the scrub and the lotion for the past 4 days and can already see a difference. It is cheaper than some of the other kp products I have tried in the past.

This KP cream really, really works. I have to use it on my upper legs (front and back) and in the back of my arms, so it turns out to be expensive, but it works. And after years of embarrassment with bumpy legs, this really is changing my life. I've been using it for 3 weeks, but from the first week I noticed much smoother skin. You are seriously helping me wear shorts and skirts for the first time in eons! Added Sept 2018: I'm on my 3rd bottle and I still absolutely love this product. On top of helping with KP, I used it on my very dry lower legs and on a very red scar I had. I've noticed significant difference in the level of hydration of my legs (which are finally smooth for the first time since I can remember), and the scar is about half the redness now. I use a smaller amount now, to make it last as long as I can. I no longer worry about the bumps from KP, but keep on using it every other day or so for maintenance, and the added benefits it has provided have me glued to this product. If I had to pick my 3 top purchases for "personal regimen", KP Elements for sure makes that list. Highly recommended!

This cream is only getting worse my KP on my arms. Don't know why

Would not recommend it to anyone, it didn’t do anything to my KP IT MAKE IT WORST. It causes redness in my arm so I stop using it!

Just like a normal lotion, did nothing for me
