My GF bread comes out fine. And this is important because it is the main ingredient among many. With so many people on gf diets I dont know why the large quantities are still so hard to find. I got tired of the 1 lb plastic containers of the usual brand that was good for 4 loaves. The best thing about this is the ease of use.. the container is sealed when new. opens well, and it's easy to spoon out the needed quantity. And I won't have to go buy more every time! Never mind the boxes which are more cost effective but user unfriendly. I only wish this was organic. Then would be even better... but probably too expensive.

I think I just got a year + supply of cornstarch plus a free mini bucket for brining small bird in. Definitely worth the money and the happiness this will bring to my cooking adventures involving gravies and sauces. Bulk forever wins!

Ok, I am 108 lbs on a good day, but I did manage to carry this monster of a bucket into the house all by myself in the giant box that it came in. Since I have been very busy, I was not able to track the package, so I didn't know if Fed EX or UPS was doing the delivery, and the Fed Ex guy is creepy. When I heard the knock on the door, I hid in the house and then got it when I could hear the big truck drive away. I tried to open the bucket this morning. The "pull tab" worked wonderfully, and I thought it was going to be a good day, because those don't always work well with these types of buckets. Well, wouldn't you know, I could not get the lid off! I pulled, pulled, pulled, then pulled some more on this big lid. I managed to strain a muscle in my left armpit. Who does that? I tried to cut at the lid with scissors, but no success, and that was clearly an accident waiting to happen. I opened a drawer and retrieved a butter knife because I am one of those clumsy left handers you always hear about, and I shouldn't be allowed to hold a really sharp knife, and probably shouldn't even be allowed to hold a butter knife if I'm really being honest. I used this knife slowly to pry under the lid for about five minutes, and I finally managed to break that hard seal! It only took about fifteen more minutes to work the knife around the entire lid, but I got that damn lid off! All of this for 2 Tbsp of corn starch. The entire time I'm messing with this lid, I sense I'm being watched. When I finally had to take a moment to breathe, I looked up and noticed that I was in fact being watched. Watched by my dog, holding her head in shame of her mother. I am no longer the hero in her eyes. I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm weak and stupid now! I'm 100% certain that Jason Momoa would not be able to get that stupid lid off without the use of some kind of tool, but I'd appreciate it if you sent him next time, just so that I don't have to strain the armpit muscle alone. After all of that stress, I do have to give the product 5 stars, because it does what corn starch is supposed to do, so I thank you for that.

Was excellent, a little bit of a pain working the cover on and off but otherwise excellent. I have not bought it again because of the price increase from when I bought it.

I love the container and it came with what it said it would but price wise it’s cheaper to refill it myself with smaller boxes from the store.
