Well packaged, easy to swallow & if the case dissolves before you swallow it doesn't taste bad.

As a vegan who really struggled to find a non-fish omega 3 supplement during pregnancy, this was such a relief to find. I used these daily throughout pregnancy and continue to use them 6 months later while breastfeeding. They are easy to swallow and flavourless which was wonderful when everything made me feel sick. I just hope these will always be available as I swear by them and my vegetarian husband uses them too. There are so few vegan options out there!

These capsules have a higher amount of ‘the good stuff’ per capsule than many other brands. I did a fair bit of research before buying them and found them to be good value for the concentration of each tablet.

This product claims to be carrageenan free, on the Amazon description, however the bottle states that it does contain it in the ingredients. Very misleading! Update. I heard from customer services. They supply a different sku of this product to the US, which does contain carrageenan, and they have used the US label on the UK bottles, which do not contain carrageenan. So that’s a relief. I have increased to 4 stars. Would be a 5 star as this is an excellent product, apart from the label confusion!
