Excellent size and works great for tiny bug bites or scratches. It says no sting but there is the teeeniest of stings if it’s an open scratch. Otherwise I have no complaints and may be ordering again in the Summer.

I really like this. I use it for my new piercings i got. I like that it smells like medicine and if your piercing is infected, it does sting just a tiny bit but it feels like its working. I warm a little bit of this in a cup and place my ear over it and it alleviates the pressure. I like this a lot. would buy this again

I bought this because of the great reviews and they didn't lie. Using this kept the wound clean and didn't cause any pain. Pleasantly surprised and definitely adding this to my first aid kit!

Bactine Max Pain Relieving Spray is solid for cuts and scrapes—no sting, kills germs well, and dries fast. The 5oz can is handy for the first-aid kit. Lidocaine helps a bit with itch from bug bites, but pain relief is only mild—not as strong as I hoped. Still worth keeping around.
