These taste great and have lots of good minerals and vitamins. I didn't notice an effect personally but I did feel hydrated. A little expensive but they give a good amount for the money. Also, thorne has top tier ingredients

I always rely on Thorne for a quality product. These are my favorite electrolyte packets. I actually like the taste too, I usually find electrolytes from other brands way too salty tasting. These are perfect to bring with me on the go too for a workout or run!

These packets make it easier for me to drink water throughout the day. The flavor is good, but it is pretty “salty” tasting if you aren’t used to electrolytes! This is my favorite supplement brand as well!

I used these Thorne hydration/electrolyte packets regularly when I was pregnant & continue to use them when breastfeeding and I need a quick hydration boost. They mix easily in water, don’t leave clumps, and the flavors are amazing, especially the blood orange. Convenient single-serve packets A bit pricey compared to Ultima hydration packets but i feel the benefits of Thorne more. Overall: Great hydration support with a clean, refreshing formula — perfect for workouts, travel, pregnancy, postpartum or everyday hydration. Quite salty, but definitely replenishing. I use this electrolyte during and after exercise (spin class, mountain hiking) and it works well.

Purchased the watermelon. Great tasting flavor. Dissolves well in water. Love carrying the individual packets around in my purse or bag.

They mix easily and seem to do a good job at hydration. However the flavor is not the best, they taste like sweet water with “some” non-defined, meek flavor. Given the price, I will not be buying them again. It’s a shame because I really like the Thorne brand.

These work great! I’ve tried a few other brands and I have to say these are my go to for a quick rehydration. My only issue is they are very sweet. I over dilute them to be able to handle the sweetness or chug them quickly.

Updating review following impeccable customer service. I was not a fan of the electrolytes (personally these have a very powdery/sugary & salty taste), but once writing to Thorne's distributor, they resolve the issue based on my feedback. I have ordered other products from Thorne, and so far am quite happy. The customer support and instant feedback made a huge difference, and reinstated my confidence in the brand.
