Just magical. Turns a manual lens into autofocus on my Zf. I love it. Worth the money.

I am so excited about this adapter! I think Techart surpassed themselves. This is not the first active adapter I have, nor is it the first one I bought from Techart. And they were already known for the quality of their products. How often you buy something nowadays and you fond of to be better quality than expected? Not very often. We'll, they are the exception to the rule. All is metal, including the caps! Works as intended from the beginning, as long as you have good light, which is true for any auto focus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, WORTH THE PRICE

Just works like you expected it to, it would be even better if it can focus closer than the lenses originally allow like one of the other non-AF m-mount adapter out there. Takes nothing from this adapter though, worth every cent for me.

No question that a great deal of thought went into the design and construction of this adapter and dock. Unfortunately, I could not separate the adapter from its dock. When I removed the adapter from the box, I noticed that the release button (which unlocks adapter from the dock) was fully depressed and frozen at the bottom of its travel point. The instruction sheet included in the package, other than its cover page, is entirely in Chinese and was of no help to me. The QR code on the instruction sheet lead nowhere. I tried the contact tab on the manufacturer's website and received a 404 page error each time I tried to submit a request for help. Sadly, I returned this unit because I really do want an M to Z mount autofocus adapter.

The adapter I received would not mount to the Z camera. I tried both a z7ii and a z9. The adapter can be inserted into the mount, but will not turn or lock into place. I had to return. ***Update - I was eventually able to get the adapter to mount to the camera. It is still very hard to get it to mount, but it does now work.
