Clean recovery
Lemon lime is my favorite flavor of kill cliff. I am a crossfitter who also has lyme disease. I suffer from muscle pain and fatigue. It also takes me longer than normal people to recover. I drink half of the can before the workout and half after. It gives me energy and helps my muscle pain. Because kill cliff is clean, it does not add to my chronic inflammation. I love this stuff.
