Great olive oil, super fresh and HIGH polyphenols
This olive oil has a very high pyphenol content that you can really taste. It is spicy. My husband had been using this to help boost autopagy during his weekly 48 hour fasts that Dr.Jamnadas recommends onYouTube. We found this product after watching Dr.Paul Saladinos video on the best high polyphenol olive oils. This one was one of the top two he recommended. On the company's website they also have an even higher polyphenol content available of 1200.

Good
People will never understand that really good olive oil is supposed to taste bitter . I like this taste of this olive oil. It’s way better than any store-bought olive oil. I think it goes really good with salads and avocados.

Definitely one of the finest olive oils I have ever tasted. And that’s saying something!
Simply outstanding, worth every bit of $200-$300 bottles. Delightfully peppery with some of the highest polyphenols available along with a manufactured date of 2 months. No old inventory here. Critical as olive oil deteriorates with time. Don’t listen to those who say you have 3 years. They’re selling old stock! You want it as fresh as possible. One of the finest olive oils I have ever tasted! Not expensive when compared to similar high polyphenol oils costing cost $200-$300 or more. In my opinion buy it and enjoy!!!

Like it! Has a bitter taste which is a sign of high quality.
Like it. Has a bitter taste which is the sign of high quality because of phenolic compounds in it and usually it's from young olives. For some one who likes less bitter can go with different olive oil which has - 652mg/kg Polyphenol in it or less.
