This stuff is the best tasting!I use it in recipes. Oatmeal. I made a sweet potato with it and some cinnamon, nutmeg and a little butter and it was so good!

I have been using swerve for quite a while now and I really like. Especially if you pair it with allulose, you don’t get such a grainy bite. That said, I don’t mind the grainy bite, it’s a little texture. This was the brown swerve which I enjoy. It doesn’t have the depth of flavor that brown sugar does, but if you ad a hint of molasses, that makes it great and such a small amount of molasses should not affect the carb count much at all.

Best brown sugar, white, and powdered sugar substitute. One huge problem. Its ridiculously expensive. Generally over $9 lb. $6-$7 a 12 oz. Package. I was able to snag a couple here for $5.99 on special. I use it very sparingly. Mostly half and half with real brown sugar. If money is no object. This is the one for you.

I ordered this after reading tons of great reviews on various brown sugar-free sweeteners. At first I didn't like it (not sweet enough) and put it in the cubbord and out of mind. When I ran out of the half real brown sugar and half brown sugar substitute I had been using I was forced to reconsider this one. (I live an hour away from town and supermarkets).I'm still using it but it does take a lot more of the product to get it sweet enough for my taste. There is no aftertaste at all that I can tell. Anyway, I am using it now and since ordering it a few months ago many other brands of brown sugar substitutes have come on the market. I'm waiting for those others to arrive so I can compare them to this brand. Will repost once that happens.If this was the only brown sugar-free option I had I would be content to continue using it. I am diabetic and trying to get my blood sugar under control. I very much prefer the brown sugar taste in my Greek yogurt with berries compared to just the regular sugar-free taste.

Better price than in stores and the taste is better than most substitutions. I bake a lot especially around the holidays and I put this in some of my desserts to make them diabetic friendly and they loved it- “Taste like the real thing” -uncle Phil

For reference, because everyone is different, I don't like anything with stevia because all I taste is bitterness. I'm not a fan of monkfruit either. I take my coffee with one equal and one sweet n low because they cancel out each other's aftertastes so I was skeptical about Swerve. I was shocked at how good it tasted straight on the tip of a spoon. I've been using it to sweeten fruit that I make into a compote and freeze for later use. I'm planning on trying to make a single serving low carb edible cookie dough with it to satisfy a craving every few months. This tastes very good! Yes it initially has that cooling sensation but its better than some of the horrid sweeteners I've tried.

I've been trying to cut down on sugar and this product is the perfect solution! I like the taste and texture of it as well!
