Number 4 Super Comb & Protect, Leave In Conditioner Spray, Heat Protectant for Hair, 6.7 oz

This spray smells so nice and is the perfect size for travel. It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easy to comb through while also helping with tangles. I love that it works as both a leave-in conditioner and a heat protectant. It also comes in a larger bottle, which is great for daily use at home. One of my favorite hair products to keep on hand.

Of all the Number 4 products I have tried, this one might be my favorite. I received this in my Birchbox and now I'm suddenly surrounded by Number 4 products! Even though I have naturally straight, fine hair and always use conditioner after shampooing, I always need a detangler when I get out of the shower. I highlight and color my hair so my hair is very dry and brittle, especially near the roots, making it very hard to comb through. The detangling power is amazing. The smell is great. I can't put my finger on it but it smells just like a product my stylist would use after shampooing my hair when I'm at the salon. I smell a hint of shea butter? If I had to guess. A warm vanilla maybe? Not overpowering though. I love the fact that I can't accidentally use too much of this product. I have tried others where I've accidentally used too much and then my hair is greasy. Not with this one. It's nice and light and my hair feels and looks great after I blow it dry. I notice a big difference when I use this product vs. another. After I use this product and blow dry my hair, it looks soft and shiny, none of the frizzy yucky ends that I normally have. I also use this product on my daughter. She has thick, coarse hair that is so hard to brush through. Bath time is a nightmare. We use this detangler with a Wet Brush and it has been a life saver for both her and I. Once my sample runs out, I fully intend to purchase the full size bottle.

I got this as a sample at first and didn't think much of it as I have naturally straight, silky, and healthy hair. Kept it in my travel bag and used on a trip when there was no hair conditioner in the shower, and my hair felt AMAZING. It made my hair super silky and smooth (didn't even know it could be that silky), got rid of any frizz whatsoever, and I love the smell (and so does my boyfriend, but it's obviously a personal taste thing). Unlike other hair products I've used, it smells more natural and less 'fake' so more earthy smells than flowery chemical smells if you know what I mean. After using it 3 times, I bit the bullet and bought the full size even though I think it's very expensive.

I recommend this product if you have fine hair. I spray on towel dried hair in the areas you want to hold a curl, then dry as you normally would. Works great, gives your hair more body. Delivery was on time as promised.

Received as a sample in one of my monthly subscription boxes and FELL IN LOVEEEE!!! Looked on Amazon to compare full size prices and they were about the same. Opted to buy from Amazon instead though for the shipping was much faster. This stuff is absolutely amazing!!! The smell is beautiful. Now... I have extremely long hair (down to the middle of my butt) that is extremely curly and extremely thick (I mean THICK!!!) and this stuff is a dream come true. After a shower, after going in my hottub, or even after a long nights sleep when I wake up and have a rats nest to deal with... This stuff is my savior!!! No matter how huge, frizzy or tangled my hair is, a couple spritzes of #4 and a quick comb through and my hair looks like I just got out of the salon. I'm not exaggerating. It is sooooo soft, silky and rejuvenated!!! I used to dread it and get headaches from brushing my hair out... Now, I literally look forward to it. This is my go to, everyday, must have!!!! I can't rave about it enough!!! I was NEVER one to use any kind of leave in conditioner but after trying this stuff, I now can't live without it. Highly recommended and absolutely will be reordering!!! Great price for the quality and arrived on time which was within a week. I am SOOOO happy!!!
