Nothing wrong, just basic LED lights but not as bright as thought and should have ordered longer “neck”. Quite a $$ for what it is but not a lot of options. However, product as advertised

Very useful light
This is a well-made unit. It puts out very white light that is heat free. I use it on my microscope from above the slide and for micro photography with a camera. With this unit, you can illuminate objects that are actually touching the lens when you're that close..

Excellent light source for microscopic work. Dual angle allows better viewing for taxonomic work.
