I was suspecting lactose intolerance for a long time, so tried to avoid milk products, however being on keto diet now this is not always possible (and I love cheese too much to completely eliminate it from my diet anyway!). I use these tablets for almost a month now and although I still occasionally get a bit of bloating or rumbling after a meal, other symptoms (less comfortable 😉) are gone now. Simply, it's nice to be able to keep the meal for longer at last. I know for sure that they work, as once I forgot to take them and all the symptoms were back for that day. The taste is not offensive, they are easy to bite and swallow. Weird flavour, these are normally flavourless but it's got an odd sweet slightly citrus taste like a tic-tac or something. It's ok but doesn't go well with many food flavours... Seems to avert lactose problems mostly so on a par with other poop tablets as I call them...

I was skeptical about trying a Lactase Enzyme tablet, but I shouldn't have been. These really work, and I have been able to enjoy things like Mac and Cheese again since taking them. I take them just before my first bite and I'm not bothered by the raspberry flavour as it quickly disappears after I start eating my meal.

I still can’t believe I can have dairy! These pills act amazingly and after years I can taste regular ice cream! Worth the price
