Given the profile and the head length you would think that this line would be a bit of a brute. Nothing is further from the truth. It is true to weight and AFTMA standards. It can be delicate in its presentation at medium distances, and you can go for the long shot if needed. It is slick and shoots well and I would say it is a good all round line for everyday use. Pairs well with the FRO5 Reel and a small amount of backing. Looking to give this a go on the South Florida Peacocks this coming week. Not much more I can say except for good value for money.

Tangled like crazy when I removed it from the package. Took about 15 minutes to get it straightened out. Once installed on my reel, it seems to work fine. I am a bit of a novice so the fact that I was able to cast a fair distance says something for the line.

I was initially skeptical of this line as the price looked too good to be true. However, this line casts smooth on my Helios 3D rod. I love the color options. I bought two colors and will be back for more.

I have used all kinds of fly lines in the past. One of my favorite fly lines is Rio. This one is made by a Chinese company, but it is of quite acceptable quality. I am not trying to compare this fly line to Rio, but for the price I paid, this is more than acceptable. One of the things I found noticeable is the improvement in the design, quality, and packaging of products made by Chinese companies. In the past, I had quite a number of complaints about their products, especially the ones related to fly fishing. After all, fly fishing is not a sport native to the Chinese. However, as the Chinese are catching up with the sport, their products improved also. I guess it is the demand in their own market made it important for them to have better products. For that, I am very pleased. I hope that this seller can continue to bring us products like this.

Bought the Kylebooker 8wt fly line for my new fly reel. Salmon and steelhead fishing seasons are coming. I am going to use my fly reel with the new fly line to target these two fishes in the fall. The fly line surface looks very smooth, and it has very low stretch with braided core. It should be strong enough to fight the bigger fish like king salmon. Sometimes we fish salmon in the dark. So the two different line colors can help me present the fly to the front stream of the salmon. The welded loops on both ends of the line help tie the leader and backing line with it. Very good design and quality!!!

Very smooth but front 10' section of this floating line sinks slowly right out of the box, may be just my spool is bad.

Pretty decent fly line for the price, put it on a cheap rod and have been fishing with it for a few months. The memory in the line is also not bad, it does stay coiled for a little bit when you first unwind it but it straightens out again within a few casts.
