Yubikey Protector Flip Case Keychain Holder (5 NFC / 5C NFC) (Yellow, 5C NFC)

I choose to ignore all the bad reviews and videos and take a chance on this item since there are no other options. I can tell you without a doubt that the device worked perfectly. You hear it snap into the device when you insert the key and it's firmly held in place. It's 3D printed, maybe the first versions were loose, but the current version is a perfect fit. Will be getting more for my other keys.

Works to give basic protection for a Yubikey which is what I needed. Appears to be 3D printed, but feels dense so no worries about it breaking. Fit the Yubikey well - actually fairly snug where you kind of need to push on the indent side to get the key to flip out a bit. Not designed to protect against water (as expected), but I'm not worried about damaging my key if I have it in my pocket.

As I was researching cases for Yubi key cases the one thing that you have to remember is what kind of Yubi key you have. This one fits mine perfectly and there were no defects. It opens and closes nicely and reads my fingerprint with no issues.

Way too tight for this key - I can force the key (with some effort) but then it's next to impossible to get it back out without something external to push it out. I tried to widen it for 4 nights by putting a screwdriver in it to "stretch" it out - but it returned to it's original width every morning. I threw it out. Not worth returning - but definitly not of any use.

This isn’t the correct color. It’s more of a baby pink than anything. But it does do the job, it protects the yubikey.

I was very happy to find these Yubikey holders in colors I like, and not black or red like so many. I was slightly disappointed that the colors are not as pictured- they are still lovely, but not what was advertised and the pink one is especially disappointing as there is a line on one side that is lighter pink than the rest and the photo looks like it’s one solid color. I did have to pull the top apart slightly to fit the keys inside and the rings are a touch on the small side considering the holders size. The look like they’ll protect well and the keys don’t swing too easily for me, but the cut out on the side doesn’t allow you to push the key out very far, so you have to try to delicately pull the key out from the little bit that does come out when pushed. Not a huge deal, but a little thing that could get annoying if you use them frequently

This is a lot thicker cover than I thought. While it does satisfy what I purchased it for (to protect my yubikey), I have two problems with it. (neither are a quality issue)1. It's thick and awkward.2. It's thick and awkward. Trying to get my mobile to recognize NFC is impossible. I ultimately had to remove the case to get the device to recognize it.
