Does this fit in the cap power rack that is also sold on amazon? the rack width is 46" and i see this bar handle area is 45.75" which is tight. thx!

No it does not fit. I bought the power rack and the barbell both. By the time I assembled the rack I couldn’t return it. It’s actually about 2” too narrow to fit. I ended up buying a titan 2” “training” Olympic barbell.

What is the collar size? Does it fit standard bumper plates (2")

Yes. Any olympic plates should fit. Bought this for deadlifts and it works great.
