Good product - Fantastic customer service!!
Great customer service. Set up was fairly simple. The program and learning the systems not so much. Customer service is quick and super helpful getting things moving for a new beginner to dtf printing. Would recommend this product and seller!

Great customer service.
When I receive received my printer, did not receive the correct heat press the send me out the correct product. The software wasn’t to difficult to install they have step by step videos and a user guide. After I got the software installed my printer wouldn’t print I tried watching videos and that didn’t work so I called customer service. Remind you they are located in China so you have to contact them in the evening time. Needles to say two hours later it was fixed customer service was wonderful. We went step by step till it was fixed I’m excited to start using my new printer

Lightweight, Great Quality
I received the printer, and it’s only about 25 lbs, so I easily placed it next to my computer. I used it all day, and at first, I wasn’t sure what the blinking light meant, but customer service helped me fix that. Since then, I’ve been printing loads of designs on my own. Very impressed!
