First the seller offered that the item would arrive in two days by charging my card, and said it had been shipped. The next day I received an email that the item was delayed and I had to wait until February 4th. I complained to Amazon to get my money back and it was not possible since it was in the shipping process; apparently the seller did not have the item. Complaining to Amazon they were able to send the item faster and finally when I received the strap it was defective or it was for the 41mm model, since it is not compatible or as I mentioned damaged. The worst experience and waste of money for an item that will never work.

I loved the product. It fits well, looks really good and feels comfortable on the wrist.

Works great and fits the 45mm well. Used over multiple months without issue. Still looks great.

I'm new to the Pixel Watch, having come from a decade of Garmin watches. I'm concerned about the quality of the plastic watch-side connectors for this strap. The plastic feels cheap. In particular, I am worried that the plastic bar that the strap runs through will crack or break. This is the part where a spring bar would be on a "normal" watch. My concern is that the very thin plastic bar will break an an inopportune time, leading to loss of the watch while swimming, skiing, cycling, or other. I would have gladly paid more for a metal part here.

I couldn't get the lugs to attach to my brand new pixel watch 3 45mm.
