I have been wanting to try KSM-66 for a while and have read a lot about this form of ashwagandha as well as the Sensoril form (KSM-66 is pure root where as Sensoril is root and leaf). I am very familiar with Double Wood Supplements having used their products in the past and have found them to be a conscientious and trustworthy company so I was excited see KSM-66 made by them. I was even more so happy see the pricing as usually KSM-66 is a bit expensive for ashwagandha, so I ordered this instantly. The dosing is exactly what was used in the clinical studies so that is nice, and this bottle is a two month supply so that is also nice, don't have to re-order as frequently. It has been a few days now and no there has been no improvement in feelings of anxiety yet but I understand that it is with consistent use that KSM-66 will start to make a difference, with having been in a constant fight or flight state for years the body has a lot to come down from before any differences can be detected. So, I'll just keep plugging away at it with this because I can do so affordably now.

I've been taking Ashwagandha for years. This version contains 5% total withanolides which is not always the case in an Ashwagandha formulation but is my preference. My daily dosage is typically 500mg so when a formulation of Ashwagandha suggests 2 capsules for a total of 1000mg I take 1 capsule. In this case the suggested dosage is 2 capsules for a total of 600mg so I'll be taking the suggested 2 capsules.Aside from Ashwagandha supplements containing 5% total withanolides they can also contain a form of black pepper but that's not the case with this version.

I’ve used various DoubleWood supplements over the years. They are always a good value and I’ve seen a few of them independently tested on various blog sites with positive results.I don’t like the fillers they add to a lot of their supplements (this one included) but honestly, it’s something you find more often than not in many brands.KSM66 is an exceptional, potent, standardized form of ashwagandha that I’ve used a lot. These pills look and smells as they should and are a great price.I don’t respond strongly to supplements and considering I’ve been taking ashwagandha off and on for years I don’t expect to notice a difference when taking these. So in determining the quality of a supplement I like to look for company info/transparency and testing etc.Because I’ve looked into this company and know them from prior use, I trust them. And I would recommend it to others.

This is a high-quality form of ashwagandha root and I'm all for it. I have been taking Ashwagandha for a number of years now and firmly believe in its benefits. I find it lowers stress and controls cortisol, and it seems to increase testosterone slightly in men. I like this product because it is a standardized potent extract of the root and is lab tested for quality. This is really good ashwagandha.

Several months ago I had started researching Ashwagandha and its potential benefits. I discovered several articles containing information about KSM-66. It was mentioned that this extract is the sort of “gold standard” of Ashwagandha. So, when I saw this particular brand on Amazon I thought I would give it a try. It appears to be a relatively decent potency with one serving of two capsules providing 600mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract. I starting out by just taking one capsule per day, and then increased it to two capsules, each taken at different times of the day with a meal or snack. The capsules are easy for me to swallow, and I think it’s a pretty fantastic value for a bottle of 120 pills and a 60-day supply. If I have any further insights to share after finishing this bottle, I’ll be sure to update this review. For now, I have no reason not to give these five stars.

I love Ashwagandha. It's a supplement I can actually feel with a light relaxation and calm feeling. But while this one claims to have a better form of it, I'm not putting this in my body because it has so no information about where it's made.The bottle only list "manufactured for" info. That's not good enough. I want to know it was made in a country who's safety practices I feel I can trust. No, I'm not one of those made in the US types. Actually Europe has better regulations and safety practices then we do. But I'd also trust Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Canada etc.I always assume if they feel the need to hide where it's made, it's probably made somewhere I wouldn't trust. So this goes out with the trash.

I have been taking ashwagandha for quite some time. KSM-66 is the standardized form of it. I use it to lower my cortisol and support my testosterone levels. I have tried a lot of supplements by Double wood and I trust the brand. These are easy to swallow with no stomach upset. I also like to take this before bed because it relaxes me. I do cycle off of it after taking it consistently for 6 weeks.

I started taking this Ashwagandha and it has been easy to stick with. The capsules are a standard size and I have had no trouble taking them with a glass of water. I take one in the morning and one in the evening as part of my regular supplement routine.The product arrived sealed and well packaged. The label is clear and includes the basics without being cluttered. I appreciate that it uses the KSM 66 extract and that the ingredients are kept simple.I cannot say for certain what effect it is having, but I feel like it fits well with the other steps I am taking toward feeling more balanced overall. No side effects and nothing unpleasant about it, which is what I look for when trying something new.This has been a solid, low maintenance supplement so far and I plan to continue with it for now.
