I added this to my evening regimen and my difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am waking up feeling refreshed now. No more mid morning slump. I’ve been taking this magnesium L threonate for a while and it’s been solid. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t cause any stomach issues, which I’ve had with other types of magnesium. What I’ve noticed most is better sleep and feeling more clear headed during the day. It’s not some overnight miracle but it’s consistent and that’s what matters. Clean ingredients and no laxative effect makes it worth sticking with.

I believe this is the best bet, unless you don't care if your brain gets any mag

Nice product, pills seem of good quality and are filled fully and unbroken . Price is alittle cheaper then other brands which is nice , taking it for brain fog from the long Covid era and or stress. Seems to help so will continue the regimen. Also seems to help with sleep and relaxing muscles at night

Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am now averaging 7 or more hours straight, up from 2.5 - 3hrs. Waking feeling refreshed and more alert, not tired and groggy now. No more mid morning slump. Just keeps getting better... it's not instant but, continues to improve. These improvements alone are well worth the cost. Also, seems to have added an extra kick to the other reason I take Magnesium... my hip pain and lack of flexibility has also improved. Almost no pain now and flexibility has gone from zero to at least 50% now. I can bend at the hip now and look forward to being able to put on socks, tie shoe laces, scrub feet and trim toenails without assistance! I have always been physically active until the years of unconsciously favoring my left leg after breaking my right leg in several places ...twice when I was younger began to take a toll on my flexibility. Starting gradually in my mid sixties until now at 68, the list of immobility problems had become very annoying. So, this improvement is is most exciting! I take double the dose because when I double the dose it improves my ability to pay attention and I am less distracted. Yes I have ADD but no longer take Adderall for it. Being 56 years old Magtein really improves my memory and restored it to like new by ten days of use. Shockingly It woke me up from a light sleep late evening as memories rushed in and I have been taking it ever since. I have been taking it 7 months now and over time it has slowly but surely improved my short term memory so that it also is nearly the same as before. I have seen slight improvements in working memory enough to be encouraged It may become an advancement from a historical standpoint. This is my second bottle by Teraputics. I was taking 2 bottles of NOW brand per month for my memory and concentration because it is the cheapest but when Amazon ran out Teraputics is the product I decided to try next. But I like this brand better as it seems more concentrated or I should probably say more bio-available so I decided to by it and pay the extra money over NOW brand. I just wish it were cheaper. I am hoping to ask them for a deal if I buy 20 bottles in advanced as it is a must have for me. With this second purchase they included a free bottle coupon and not a buy one get one free. Right now I am very happy to get the free bottle.

Easy to swallow not horse size. No after taste or smell.

Label was not clear regarding milligrams per pill. Title label stated 2000mgs per serving (of 4 pills), but “supplement label” states 4 pills is 144 mgs per serving as a 34% of daily value. Very confusing. Not sure which metric to go by for daily intake.

First magnesium tablets I had and it was easy to digest.

Both my teenage son and I are light sleepers and have found this product to improve sleep. Without I would wake at 3am and not fall back to sleep for 90 minutes. With I still wake up but go straight back to sleep.
