The drink works pretty good. I gained over 7 pounds in less than a month, so far. You have to stay consistent with it and eat at least 3 times a day. I'm a 39 year old female that's always had a problem gaining weight and I'm just trying to get to 130 pounds, so I'm doing it specifically for just weight gain, not to build muscle and I'm pleased so far. Make sure your eating food with alot of calories cause that makes all the difference in the world as far as gaining and keeping the weight on. I'm also using lactose free (I'm lactose intolerant), whole fat milk, with it, that has alot of calories and fat in it. The taste of it is okay, it's not disgusting, thankfully, so it's not hard to drink it. I'll put a little bit more milk in it, when I blend it, so it's not too thick and makes it easier to drink and swallow and dilutes some of the taste of it, but it's not bad at all. I'm just not a chocolate person but I prefer to drink a chocolate flavored weight gainer than vanilla. It's definitely worth the money. I bought the 12 pound size and have no regrets and haven't had any allergic reactions drinking it, as I tend to be allergic to alot of things.

It tastes good and provides all the nutrition it advertises. One thing I noticed though, is that it makes me really hungry. That might not be a huge thing for people trying to gain weight/muscle but it's something to keep in mind.
