Good customer service
After using the laptop for about a week thinking all was good, the computer said Window needs activating. After the errors and troubleshooting, I contacted the seller. I appreciate his response even after I missed his initial message and responded back 2 months after his first reply. He solved it for me and the computer is working perfectly now!

The perfect laptop!
This laptop is exactly the right size. It's not too bulky nor heavy. The touchscreen makes using it even easier. Tablet mode is awesome. It has really good battery life to boot. Small and light compared to other laptops and that makes it easy to travel with. It has plenty of power to do my daily routine.

It has missing paint and it has where it fell on the side but so far working fine got it yesterday

Worked fine, no problems with setup, would have liked a user manual but other than that there were no issues and the unit was in excellent condition.
