The quality of almonds are not as expected..they didn’t swollen up even on overnight soaking..taste is also not so appreciative..some almonds are discolored when removed their skin after soaking..poor quality

I love that these are exceptionally fresh with 22 months till the best used by date! They are uniformly medium sized When roasting them to bring out extra fresh roasted flavors, I put these on a nonstick baking sheet, spray them with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle finally ground sea salt on them. I recomend roasting them at 295° for 30 minutes. They come out of the toaster oven tasting better than anything that you can buy pre-roasted. After cooling, I keep them in an airtight container. Don't roast more than you can use in about a week, because they will lose their freshly roasted complex flavor notes. I used to buy the lightly sea salted pre-roasted version, which tastes good, but they are made using poor quality, high in omega-6 oils. I try to avoid conventional highly processed, hexane extracted commodity oils whenever possible, especially when they are heated, and then reheated to high temperatures repeatedly, during high volume batch roasting, it causes their chemical structure to change in a undesirable way.
