They're always fresh and uniformed in color.I've recently eliminated potato chips from my diet and replaced them with these almonds, for health reasons. Excellent replacement for the salty snap you may crave from a chip.Minus 1 star for the zipper on the bag. Every single bag of these that I've purchased had the seal fail and tear away from the bag before empty.

Blue Diamond makes a great product...I've been buying them for a long time now and I am NEVER disappointed in their products. I think this is my favorite flavor but they offer several flavors...from spicy to nothing added plain almonds...ALL of them are fresh and packaged in resealable bags...I would suggest to everyone.
