Desktop Aquarium CO2 System, CO2 Regulator with 45g Disposable CO2 Cartridge, Compatible with 5/8" and 3/8" Threaded Interfaces, Perfect for Nano Aquariums

I bought this for my smaller 2 1/2 gallon tank and it’s perfect for that. It’s very beautiful very well-made it’s made for smaller aquariums and as long as you don’t do the bubble count too high it should last you for quite some time at least a month maybe two if you do one bubble a second but for smaller tanks, you might get away with even longer. FZone is a great company. I have many of their products and I love them. Super affordable and well made products that come with the best customer service. They are fast and responsive if you have any issues just email them and they will work with you to diagnose your issue and if you need a replacement or a new part they will send it out right away. I can’t say enough good things about FZone. This device makes absolutely no noise and it is very easy to assemble. A quick note- before you attach the CO2 tank make sure the white plastic gasket is in place. Mine came with the gasket in a baggy and the instructions didn’t mention installing it. I think it may have been an oversight in production but it happens. Other than that make sure you use CO2 tubing because regular airline tubing will not work because of the pressure of CO2. Also buy a drop checker device so you know how much co2 is in the water. Start slow and keep an eye out for fish gasping at the surface, thats a sign they are getting too much co2. It’s recommended to also keep an airstone attached to an airpump to keep oxygen in the water. Don’t be intimidated just do some research and you’ll get the most beautiful results with your plants and the fish thrive when the plants thrive. I would recommend this product for any nano aquatic enthusiast. I would recommend buying a nano diffuser as well. Thank you again FZone for another great product!

Overall build quality is great with the sleek all metal housing. Easy to assemble. First time using one of these cartridge CO2 systems (I use to use a 10lb tank). When you screw in the cartridge, make sure to quickly tighten it when you hear the cartridge get punctured. A small amount of CO2 will be heard leaking out so make sure to tighten it up quickly. So far it’s been working fine for my nano tank. No issues using it with my ADA diffuser. I also ordered the solenoid valve which works great as well. Actuates without issue while connected to a mechanical timer. Green light lights up when on and valve properly opens when it’s supposed to and closes when automatically powered off. Holds bubble count fine even after power cycle.

I love this thing. Only one key piece of info missing from the instructions: the little white plastic piece (there is also a thicker red one) is a gasket that goes between the regulator and the tank. Make sure you insert that piece in there before you screw the tank on. Currently running this on my 10G rimless tank, no issues whatsoever. Easily keeps the drop checker a healthy emerald green, I messed around with the adjustment knob a bit and found it fairly easy to get this thing down as low as 1 bubble every 6 seconds. I may purchase another one for my 2.5G micro tank. I love this little thing, it’s so easy to change the tanks out and at a lower flow rate, should last a while. You can also use the smaller co2 cylinders available for airsoft toys by threading on the included brass adapter.

5 stars. The regulator—despite its size and price—does a great job of letting you dial in the right number of bubbles per second. Setup was a breeze. The system uses a 45g disposable CO2 cartridge that simply screws into the regulator (for small tanks, this should lasts for 3-6 months). After weeks of use, I feel confident saying this is a solid option for anyone who wants a high-tech tank with CO2 but prefers to keep things compact. The sleek, narrow metal housing adds a clean, functional touch to small tanks. BUT please note: This system does not currently include—or offer—a solenoid. If you’re like me and only want to run CO2 during the photoperiod, you’ll need to use an in-line solenoid with high-pressure tubing (these can be found for as low as 20-45USD).

I didn’t look at the reviews or the video when I ordered this. Like many others, I tried to follow the instructions in the box, which was really useless. The co2 canister leaked to empty in a couple of days. After contacting the seller, they informed me to follow the video instructions here in the pictures, and sent me a couple of co2 canisters. It worked great with the clear seal shown in the video. I rate this 5 stars because the costumer support was super responsive and made it right, and the product is amazing, only the instructions were bad. As for the product itself, the quality is great, small and well made, perfect for my nano tank. In just a few days of using it, I’ve already noticed that the plants are looking AMAZING, and it helped lower my PH. Tl;dr: Great product, poor instructions, great customer service!

As per the description mentioned. it should include 2 Cos cartridges, airline tubing, and diffuser stone. However, these are missing in both instances I tried to order this product. Not sure why such marketing when cannot send all the items listed in the description. attaching a screenshot from the product listed.

Updated review: it lasts about a month for my 5gal tank, 1 bubble per second. Works well, though might want to invest in the bigger one to last longer. Customer service was helpful.

This system is perfect for nano tanks. Extremely well made and packaged well. Instructions a bit lacking but customer service is exceptional. Much easier to watch the instruction videos on FZone website. Already ordered the diffuser and solenoid.

Product works great, cylinder wouldnt connect properly but FZONE customer support helped me out If the cylinder doesnt work for you Fluval cylinders work just fine!
