The bag is well-built, heavy-duty stitching, very sturdy. After several workouts it has proven its durability as well. The "arms" are a great added feature as you can practice most grappling and trapping techniques. I feel it is a very good value for the money because U can spend a whole lot more on regular, "traditional" heavy bags with less features. Very happy with this purchase!

Got this for our teenager to replace bob. This guy is so cool- his arms are pretty stiff and the body weighs 70 pounds. We have not hung him yet though the chains on top would definitely hold it. This is very sturdy- Ours gets drug around, kicked, punched and taken down to the ground And he still looks new

The head is just a face. And the face is way under-stuffed. After a punch it goes flat. Not sure how I can fill it more as there is no end visible to the string holding it together. One of the arms seems to be under-stuffed as well. It is pretty loose. The other arm is nice and solid.

All in all the concept is cool. Unless you’re a child,It does no good bc as soon as you hit the bag with any force at all it starts spinning uncontrollably, making the whole head and arms thing useless. Once I realized that I asked for a return. Which they do accept…IF you pay $65 to return it. I’m losing out on 1/4 of what I paid for a bag that isn’t even useful as a punching bag

I highly recommend it. It's very high quality and very sturdy. My daughters box and do tkd and is great for what they need it for.
