I avoid gluten when cooking at home, which I do majority of the time. However, when I want to dine out with friends we have less control of what goes into our food. I take this knowing even some typically GF foods I may order will still carry trace amounts or may surprise you with how its applied in sauces. When I take this pill I don't feel any negative effects - such as migraines or gut distress. It makes life a little easier to enjoy!

This supplement is good for any small amounts of gluten traces you might consume. Not for large amounts. Had a bad shipping experience when I ordered this time but I contacted Amazon customer service and they've been in touch. Overall- recommend!
