I mountain bike mostly. While this company does offer more mountain bike oriented seats, I was looking specifically for width because I have a big 'ol arse. This seat is amazingly comfortable. The does take a bit of getting used to, as it absorbs so much shock that the amount of travel feels odd when riding trails, however this also allows the seat to flex a bit while pedaling, which while you may suffer some minor pedaling power loss, translates into even greater comfort. Also it was super easy toadjust the mounting angle, and as such despite it being so comfortable it actually makes it easier to remain standing when pedaling more difficult stretches. No more getting racked or havin a sore rear end. I have only used it a few times so far, will update regarding durability....but so far great job Xwerx. I also ordered a high end seat that i will be trying out, but may end up returning because this seat is so awesome.

I can ride for long periods of time without my but hurting. This is a great deal on a good bike seat. I bought this seat to replace the stock bike seat on my Mongoose mountain bike and I have to say that this is one of the best purchases that I have ever made on Amazon. Other good seats I have seen on Amazon cost at least twice as much as this one.

We go riding about once a month at a local island resort. My old seat was falling apart so I ordered this one. I could have ridden all day on that first ride after installing the new seat. My butt did not hurt one but and we rode about 15 miles that day. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a spin bike and after two 45 min rides, that was it! My bum felt bruised and sitting on the saddle was super uncomfortable. I purchased this saddle on the evening of my second ride, it came the next day and I was riding comfortably by that evening. Fit perfectly on my bike and was super easy to install. Best of all, it’s very sturdy/well made, really wide and extra cushiony (compared to standard saddles).I really love this bike saddle and highly recommend it!

Thank heavens for this seat! I was in so much pain for days after riding with my regular seat and finally ordered this. No more pain and a nice cushy enjoyable ride from now on. Why the masochistic seats? I don't get it.

I spent 150 on a Brooks only to find it breaks in one's behind a lot sooner than be broken in by it. The attachment of this saddle is also way superior to the delicate hex screw used by Brooks. This saddle will NOT slide, no matter how many bumps you hit.

I had to take off the attachment that lets the seat poll be inserted in because my vehicle already has one. The problem is that those 2 rims underneath the seat is 1/16 wider that the clamps that locks the seat in place. I ended up having to use a clamp and force the rims closer for me to lock the seat onto my bioke's seat lock. It took about a hour...

This is one comfortable seat. The thick springs makes it feel like riding a pillow. I can now ride farther and with much less fatigue than ever before. It also seems well made and the price is in matched.
