I have a 33 year old disabled son who wears diapers so these pants work wonders to prevent overflows from this regular diapers. Really saves on a lot of cleanup work.

Sized more like child sizes!! Not even sure sizing up would accommodate the difference in size!

I didn't sufficiently read the sizes. The inseam is only 25 inches! I'm short, but not that short! XL pants usually fit me, but also when you buy general sizes instead of specific, the clothing usually has some give to it. These don't. Which makes sense, I guess, since most users need the pants to contain various bodily leaks. I, however, was trying to find a cheap way to make my waders last longer. I wear waders for work and they almost always leak in the seat. Nobody likes wet underwear! I was hoping having some waterproof pants UNDER my waders would help. But I guess I'll have to keep looking. I hope that this company acknowledges that even big people need specialty clothing and decide to offer more sizes. I used to work in a nursing home. If anyone actually reads this, you know what incontinent dementia patients really need? Waterproof pants that snap up the sides! Easy on and off for the caregivers. My mom made some for my uncle, but I couldn't even find anything like these, back when she, herself, needed them.

The package came open. May be a returned product. It looks not water proof. Very poor quality for the price. Pants, cuff, inner liinning, all of mismatched and different color fabric. Returning it back unused. Don't buy it!

Perfect pants for incontinent special-needs son! Great reduce in laundry for me and wet bedding. Highly recommend.

I would love to be able to review the functionality of this product but the sizing is for children and not for adults. The XL was probably the equivalent of a size medium adult sweatpants.

Ho preso la XL che è un po’ grande per una persona che pesa meno di 70 kg ma ho pensato che fosse più comoda da indossare. Puntualissima la consegna.
