This is day two for me taking 1 a day at lunch. I've lost 2 lbs 👀❤️💯Lots of energy without the jitters, which is huge. I actually feel more focused. No bad aftertaste. I only took this 3 times. Each time it made my pulse race and I became short of breath with any activity. I had to literally just sit still and wait for it to pass. I had none on the benefits that other reviewers had. Nothing different other than the uncomfortable fast heart rate. I’m too Leary to try it a 4th time. Not for me. I’ll throw the rest away. (I am healthy with no heart issues)

I wanted something that can moderate my eating habits and boy did I. This is my third day on these pills and I haven’t eaten as much as I use to. The first day, I took one, that day it barely had any affect on me so as directed, I took two the next day and I started to feel it working. I wasn’t eating much and I had a lot more energy. The third day, I took one and wow. I ate but not as much as Im used to. I feel full a lot faster and feel more energized. I also take collagen vitamins so that helps with the energy Im feeling too.Overall, A MUST IF YOU TEND TO HAVE MORE MUNCHIES THAN USUAL

I ok have been using this fat burner and I feel different. It has reduced bloating and gives me a nice boost of energy during the day I have also noticed improvement in my sleep which I like. The taste is not that great but bearable and I am still waiting to see full results.
