It certainly Does! It's actually using an approved FDA "Nutrition" facts label, not the "supplement" facts making it eligible for EBT. I think they had to quit adding in the 2 drips of "panther tears" to gain the FDA approval.

Yes. Monster rehab tea drinks are all non carbonated. Further, they have a line of sport drinks that are similar to gatorade that are also non carbonated.
