Q: is it worth the price?

It is made in china 1st off, secondly the handles are plastic. I am replacing the handles with oak and the steel is good and sharp and holds a great edge. I like it and it is worth 30 bucks all day long. I have used it only 5 times to split wood and it works well and 0 chips in the steel. I am glad I bought it and would again. There are 3 good reviews on You-Tube that help. Hope this helps.

everything we use is made in china our country supports communism by flooding our our very existence with cheap copies by the millions of dollars while they let their people starve. this knife will dispatch a commie just as fast as a two hundred dollar knife/

ceramic rod and butchers steel my knife is always razor sharp dont cut anything tougher than wood and your knife will last for probably the rest of your life with common sense care
