Q: I attempted to return my purchase on Amazon an received a message that it was not eligible for return. I bought the Apple flavor and did not like it.

The return policies for an item are available before you purchase. Normally food items are not eligible unless they are damaged or defective (ie spoiled, completely crushed, missing amounts etc) which this says under the Buy Now button. However because the company has a 365 guarantee policy, contact them as they stated. This is how you always contact a third-party seller unless you want to use the Amazon help chat bot.

Q: is the B12 methylated?

I am not quite sure But it has a ton of vitamins and great product

Q: What is the white stuff in the mixer

It is the Erythritol and Citric Acid. It is more pronounced in the Green Mojo flavor.

Q: Does it have Aspartame?

No. Pureboost is naturally sweetened by stevia extract and erythritol which are listed under the other ingredients section of the supplement fact panel.
