凄くいい！外反母趾でシューズに当たる部分が痛かったり、血豆が出来たりしていたのが、全く痛くなくなった！フルマラソン走っても当たる部分に血豆が出来なかった！買って本当に良かったです。

必要な大きさにカットして使ってます。期待通り。

気に入りました。登山で小指が当たって痛くなるのにこれを貼ると痛みがないです。オススメです。1回の登山で４枚くらいしか使わないので使用期限が気になります。

This is the best blisters protection out there. My girls have tried other similar items to this and found others to move and cause more discomfort. Once they tried these 2nd Skin Dressing squares on, it was a game changer. They felt immediate relief and were even able to play there full match. I highly recommend purchasing this item for any blisters. Now, my girls share it with their friends who were also breaking in some cleats.
