Tasty and did the trick!
I really enjoyed drinking these during the final stages of my pregnancy. I was pregnant during the hot summer so I would brew the teabag and then add it to a mix of pineapple, cranberry juice and loads of ice! Genuinely tasted like a cocktail. I had an amazing natural, quick delivery for my first child, maybe the tea helped who knows!

Lovely with a drop of honey!
This with a drop of honey is amazing - had whilst pregnant and although I don’t think it aided anything it was nice to drink each night before bed.

Very refreshing
Bought to make a hamper for my daughter for her final weeks of pregnancy. She drank it. She said it was nice. Had a C-section in the end. Finished the pack post-natal. I tried it and it is very refreshing, great taste, lovely hot or cold and I didn’t get the urge to push ;0)

Tea
In terms of the tea itself, I drank it only once and then ended up having an episiotomy so there’s that haha. As a result, I can’t comment on how effective they are at avoiding tearing. However, my birth was great and I dilated to 8cm fairly quickly. Though this was likely unrelated to the tea as again, I only drank it one time. The flavour of the tea is plain and nice. I don’t like to add sugar to my herbal teas and this is fine without it. I can’t say anything bad about the tea. It’s an easy go-to on the market for raspberry tea and I would get again when I have my second. Also good value.

Good Tea, But Misleading Quantity
I bought this raspberry leaf tea for its well-known benefits and soothing flavour, and overall, the tea itself is quite nice. However, the biggest issue is the packaging. The product description says "28 teas," but when you open the box, you only get 14 tea bags. They expect you to reuse each bag twice to make 28 servings, which feels a bit misleading. That should be made much clearer in the listing. While reusing a bag might work for some, the second cup is noticeably weaker.

Nice tea
Really tasty, not sure how effective it is but I did have an easy birth.

Great, and tastey
Used this for both pregnancies, works if you start drinking once a day for a month before due date. Never gone over 41 weeks, the real test will be baby no 3….

I agree with the comments that it's false advertising to promote it as 28 cups but only provide 14 teabags. I definitely wouldn't reuse the teabag as there's no flavour in the second cup. They need to be more transparent. Also didn't realise it's only 40% raspberry leaf which is the whole reason why I purchased the tea. Not sure what benefit peppermint has to labour and why it's promoted as beneficial? The tea tastes fine in saying that.

I began drinking this tea when I was given my induction date. I went into labour 10 days beforehand! Is it down to the tea? Who knows!

Please note this is a raspberry with peppermint BLEND - but raspberry leaf only makes up 40% of the mix. Peppermint tea is very cheap so you are better of finding a pure raspberry leaf and buying peppermint separately to adjust to taste
