The massaging stones were perfect,I loved the different sizes. The weight was perfect and they hold heat nicely. I use the stones along with massaging oil as well. When I do massaging with the stones,I put the stones on and let them sit for a minute or two. Then I put a drop of lavender or any kind u want,and I massage the stones along with oil. It has a better experience when I personally do it that way. They get the nice warmed stones with a nice scent. I use these as a personal use, the stones do get hot to touch so makes sure u use a thick towel to pull them out. I use a damp hand towel and wet stones then I use microwave. Use your judgment and check often.Yoy can also put in a bowl or sink and pour hot water over them. What I like to do is figure out which stones I'm going to use first. Then when done,I would swap out the ones I was using for smaller stone that were being kept warm. So you don't put a cold stone on. I am not a professional but Thats what I do when I use them. They are great for legs too,when they feel tires and swollen. Hope this may help someone.

They have a lovely weight and the size is nice and large for better coverage than the average size. You don't actually need any fancy equipment or a crock pot for these. I just heated up some water over the stove in a regular pot, and then poured the hot water over the stones in a soup bowl. Fished them out with a bamboo slotted spoon onto a towel. I am actually using them on my chest more than my back to soothe my lungs as I battle Covid-19. They seem to retain heat quite nicely and I am quite happy with my purchase.

These are difficult to find especially the thick, smooth, and round ones. As a busy LMT in St. Louis Missouri I needed to get my hands on one as my other stone I dropped & cracked recently. I had that set for over 15 years from Europe! I had to read a lot of reviews to find these! Pics are how big they are in my hands. Amazingly bigger than my old ones. I wanted to use these and see how well they'd heat up in my towel warmer before writing a review. I incorporat Hot Stones in my massages not lined up on my clients as some do. So I don't use a crock pot because I'm always on-the- go as a traveling therapist. These stones are huge, warm quickly (more like hot) in my towel warmer and I Love these! Definitely worth it and purchasing a set or a few sets if you use them in a crock pot in your office.

They work well, get hot and are good quality but i wish they came in a bag or case to keep them in.

I was looking for stones like these and bought some from Yommi first. I was very disappointed as I thought their large stones would be big enough. They were small. Then I looked up large stones and found these stones and they are perfect! Just the right size for work on the sacrum/lumbar area. They are soooo smooth too! I was able to run these on my skin with no added oils. I haven't heated these yet, however they have been in my mailbox and have stayed ice cold for quite a while now. They are thick stones, but not so thick that they are difficult to hold.

I bought 2 packs of these so I received 12 in total. The size of these were pretty huge. It was about the size of my palm. They were thick, quite heavy, and smooth when held. They do look and feel like real rocks and they heat up pretty well too. I wrapped one in a bath towel to see how hot it could get and the heat seeped through. It kept me warm for a few hours before I had to do it again. I use it at bedtime to keep warm in the cold nights. I try not to turn on the heater since the electricity bill keeps getting higher so this really helped me save where I could. It keeps my family warm so these were a good purchase for me.

Coming into Thanksgiving I needed a hot stone solution to keep rolls warm in the basket at the table. We were ordering late and all of the stones that were specifically for bread warming would arrive too late, but I found these stones and gave them a try. They worked GREAT! I heated them in the oven up to around 140F and put them in the bottom of the bread baskets, separated from the bread by a cotton cloth. I know that bread warming is not what they are designed or sold for, but if you need bread warming stones they work great!

Purchased to use in couples massages at home by someone with no formal/informal massage training. Pros: -Quick to heat up in hot water and holds temperatures well -Uniform size and look with a smooth finish so no issues with scrapping or scratching -Easy to clean (massage oil) and relatively versatile... you know, for rocks. Cons: -None that come to mind Overall Rating: 3.5 Stars The product is fine, does what it says, and from what I can tell, is priced fairly. There's nothing spectacular or over-the-top about them, nor do I really know it could be. Solid rocks!
