Swiss Diamond Frying Pan, Non-Induction Compatible, 20 cm

10年近く使って来て、今でもベーコンエッグなどは綺麗に焼けますが、卵焼きなどは焼き付くことが多くなってきたのでリピートで購入しました。安い商品は２～３年でダメになるので、イニシャルで高くても省資源に貢献出来ていると感じます。２日に一回は使用していますが、その都度「強火で使用しない」「水を入れてからフライパンを熱する」などを徹底しているのが長持ちする秘訣かと。並行輸入品らしいのですが、日本語の説明書がついていました。

良いものです。こびりつきません。けど重い。高齢者には厳しそうです。

２６ｃｍのフライパンに続いて購入しました。もう少し立ち上がりが深いとうれしいですが、まあ、フライパンですからね。ベーコン焼いたり、卵焼いたり、後片付けしたり、ストレスフリーです！

After 30+ years of buying cheap pans, and having to replace them every few years, I decided to buy some really good pans. These ones have not disappointed. They are superb. Excellent quality, cooks food really well, heats evenly, can use metal utensils. I will buy this brand again.

This is my second purchase of Swiss Diamond 8" frypan. The last one lasted almost 10 years. So, this is a replacement since my other 8" fry pans only last a few years. It may be a bit pricey, but it pays for itself in longevity.

I am not entirely convinced that this is the all-singing-all-dancing answer to my prayers that they seemed to be advertising it as. At present the non-stick is OK but any fat produced from the food tends to turn black quickly and discolours the food - it doesn't look that appetising then and the it is quite difficult to get the black off the pan without having quite a go at it with a plastic dish brush. Only had it a few weeks and reviews by others who have owned this longer do not seem terribly promising - so I don't think I am going to risk paying the full price for any other items.
